Previously, Zak served as Vice President of Corporate and Legal Sales and Solutions at MaxVal, where he led the Americas sales organization to significant growth and profitability. He also held senior leadership positions at Clarivate and Thomson Reuters' IP and Science division, further establishing himself as a leader in the field.
Zak is currently a board member and committee co-chair of the United States Intellectual Property Alliance (USIPA), an organization dedicated to fostering innovation and making IP resources more accessible.
As COO of Paximal, Zak oversees day-to-day operations, focusing on sales, finance, product delivery, and customer experience. His strategic vision and operational expertise will be instrumental in scaling Paximal’s transformative AI solutions and delivering exceptional value to clients.
